Dr. Tuğba Şen Küpeli
Dr. Tuğba Şen Küpeli currently serves as a faculty member in the Tourism Management Department at Başkent University, Faculty of Commercial Sciences.
She completed her undergraduate studies in Tourism and Hotel Management at Erciyes University, followed by a master’s degree in the same field at Hacettepe University. She complited her PhD in Tourism Management from Gazi University in 2022, focusing on the analysis of online customer reviews in hotel businesses using data mining techniques. Dr. Şen Küpeli has held academic experiences over 14 years in different Universities including Hacettepe University, Gazi University, and Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University.
Furthermore, she received a second bachelor’s degree in Management and Information Systems from Anadolu University in 2022, which enabled her to innovate in her profession by integrating her expertise in information technology with her expertise in tourism management.
Her academic interests include data mining, consumer behavior, tourism marketing, and destination marketing. Distinguished for her contributions to academic books and her publications in national and international journals, Dr. Şen Küpeli provides an interdisciplinary perspective to the tourism sector and continues to make significant contributions to tourism research and education.
